Owner / Instructor: Sarah Christine Taylor, LPN, BA, MPH is a U.S. veteran and a practicing health care professional with over 30 years’ experience. Ms. Taylor’s seven year military career includes service with the U.S. Air Force and the Air Force Reserves. During her service she received the National Defense Medal, the Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon and the Air Force Training Ribbon. During her military service she was a Medical Service Specialist (90250) and worked as a Cardiothoracic ICU Technician, a Bone Marrow Transplant Technician, and a CPR Instructor. This service began her career in health care and dedication to the field of health care. Ms. Taylor is a Licensed Practical Nurse (licensed in Pennsylvania and New York), a Certified American Heart Association CPR Instructor and a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator. Ms. Taylor’s has served as a Quality Management Nurse Consultant, Nurse Case Manager, Agency Nurse, Staff and Acting Nurse Manager. Her focused experience is in the field of D&A addictions, intellectual disabilities, and psychology and now managed care. She holds a Masters in Public Health from American Public University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Thomas Edison State College.
Heartbeats CPR LLC was started in 2016. Our goal is to teach quality and effective CPR and First Aid in accordance to the rules and regulations of the American Heart Association to individuals and organizations. We also offer sales on various medical supplies and equipment from first aid kits to automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
